Artists Brief Information Pack

Age Concern Durham County are building up a bank of exercise to music tutors to help deliver the 2010 Ageing Well Programme in Wear Valley and Teesdale.  Ageing Well includes a variety of physical activities to support anyone 50+ in enjoying the benefits of not only getting together but also helping to improve their health and well being.

Age Concern Durham County would also welcome volunteers who would be interested in looking at the opportunities offered by exercise to music training, healthy eating and sharing their skills and knowledge to support other social activities, for example information talks, nostalgia sessions or short walks in local communities. Not only would you be making a valuable contribution to the quality of life of older people but also enhancing your own skills and experience.
